Purpose
noticekindness.org does not depend on donations to exist. If financial contributions are accepted, they exist for one reason only: to help cover basic operating costs required to keep this space available. Donations are optional and are never required to use this project.
What contributions are used for
If accepted, contributions may be used only for:
- domain registration and renewal
- hosting and infrastructure
- security, maintenance, and reliability
- required compliance or administrative costs
Contributions are not used for growth, marketing, feature expansion, or compensation.
What contributions are not
Contributions do not:
- unlock features or access
- influence design or governance
- imply endorsement or affiliation
- grant recognition, credit, or visibility
- represent moral contribution or status
This project does not track, display, or acknowledge donors.
Operating cost ceiling
This project maintains a strict operating cost ceiling. Contributions are paused once basic operating costs and a modest reserve are covered. Excess contributions are not accumulated for growth or expansion. If contributions cannot be accepted without compromising this policy, they are declined or returned when possible.
Organizational status
This project is currently stewarded under a standard business entity. Contributions made at this time are not tax deductible and are treated as restricted funds for operating costs only. If the project is later transferred to a nonprofit or trust, this policy will be updated to reflect that change.
You are welcome here whether or not you choose to contribute. This space is designed to remain quiet, optional, and non-transactional.
